3. Render credit card payment for retreat fee and activity costs (if applicable).
Note: If you are a UCI faculty guest speaker, the Chief Executive Roundtable is pleased to cover your retreat fee for a complimentary two night stay for either single or double occupancy. Please click N/A for the retreat fee payment. Optional activity fees will still apply.

Welcome to historic downtown Santa Fe, America’s oldest capital city and third largest
art market in the country. Explore the adobe charm of historic landmarks, local art
gallery studios and cultural museum exhibits, Southwestern boutique shopping
and fine culinary fare. Gather at the Santa Fe Plaza town square hosting Indian and
Spanish markets and hand-crafted Native American jewelry. Visit the Palace of the
Governors, the Cathedral Basilica of St. Francis of Assisi, the “miraculous staircase”
at Loretto Chapel, the San Miguel Mission and historic Canyon Road. Take this special
opportunity to get acquainted with the character and creativity of the “City Different”,
all things uniquely Santa Fe.

Activities are optional and offered on a first-come, first serve basis. Should your preferred activity be full, you are welcome to select an alternative option. If you wish to be added to the wait list for your preferred activity, please note as is applicable.
Executive Luxury Suites are available for an additional $175 per night (includes occupancy and sales tax) during group dates based on availability. Please contact Angela Duby at (949) 824-8837 or firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm room upgrades.

Retreat Cancellation Policy
We ask that cancellations be made in writing by March 23, 2012. Due to hotel policy, refunds will only be issued if space is re-booked. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
Albuquerque International Airport (ABQ) is recommended for travel arrangements (1.5 hrs.). Santa Fe Municipal Airport (SAF) is an alternative route (20 min).
