UC Irvine School of Law provides keycards for use by authorized faculty, staff, and students. This is a School of Law service provided to maintain building and office security and to allow authorized personnel access outside of regular working hours. Students may receive one keycard each. A mandatory deposit of $15 (refundable upon return in good condition) will need to be made at time of request. If a student loses this keycard, he or she forfeits the previous deposit and will be responsible for making another $15.00 deposit before a replacement keycard is issued.
Receipt of a School of Law keycard carries the following responsibilities. The keycard holder agrees:
You must present valid identification with picture, in order to be issued a UC Irvine School of Law keycard.
All keycards are the property of the UC Irvine School of Law and must be returned upon separation from the School of Law. Key holders failing to return issued keycards forfeit any deposit three months after graduation or separation.
By paying this deposit, you have agreed to the terms and responsibilities outlined above.
NOTE: Only one key card will be distributed to each student. Do not enter a quantity of more than one.
